The Problem

The client had reports built in Power BI but couldn’t easily export them for external partners and offline access. Manual export from the Power BI UI was slow and required licensed users.

The Solution

I built a PHP-based web tool that connects to the Power BI REST API and allows users to select, filter, and export reports to PDF or Excel with a single click. The interface is user-friendly and doesn’t require technical knowledge or Power BI login access.

The Result

The organization saved hours of manual effort per week, improved data sharing with non-Power BI users, and streamlined report generation into a self-serve workflow — leading to faster decisions across departments.
