Zaero – Full-Stack Food Delivery MVP

Developed a complete MVP with landing page, admin dashboard, vendor & customer mobile apps, and real-time rider tracking.

The Problem

The client wanted to launch a local food delivery service but didn’t want to rely on costly third-party apps (like Foodpanda or Uber Eats). They needed a flexible, in-house system covering vendors, riders, customers, and admins — with full control over operations, branding, and commissions.

The Solution

I designed and built a full-stack MVP from scratch, including:

Landing Page: Clean, SEO-ready site with restaurant showcase and app download CTAs.
Admin Panel: Manage users, orders, cities, payments, rider activity, and vendor performance.
Vendor App: Accept/reject orders, update menu, manage hours, see sales reports.
Customer App: Browse restaurants, place orders, get real-time delivery status and ETA.
Rider App: Get delivery tasks, live navigation, and order pickup/drop updates.

The system included real-time status updates (WebSockets / Firebase), live rider location tracking (via GPS), push notifications, and secure login with role-based permissions.

The Result

Zaero launched their MVP in two cities with 25+ vendors onboarded. Riders were able to deliver hundreds of orders reliably, and the admin team had full visibility into operations. The client now owns their data, controls commission models, and can scale independently without platform fees.
